omg wow major love for this is so cool and pretty what tutorial did you use i been looking for one and like just wow you must of found and amazing tutorail or just majorly amazing at vectors <33

Thanks! This was actually my first attempt at doing my own vectors. Usually I use brushes and stamps but have started to really feel like I'm just cheating and it was time to try and branch out. :)
The tutorial that I found was here. I did use brushes for the stars because by the time I got to that part I was pretty tired and didn't have the patience to draw them...lol.
